Most days, the Healthy Roster team is spread all across the country.
Last week, we got to change that!
We gathered at The Blackwell Inn on Ohio State's campus to talk about where we've been, where we're going and what comes next for Healthy Roster.
President Dan Fronczak sat down with Dr. Jim Borchers from USCAH to talk about the decisions and conversations that led to our alliance and what we hope to accomplish together. We also spent time talking about our plans for Q4, 2027 and beyond.
But some of the best parts of the day had less to do with presentations.
Katelyn and Tim grabbed cameras and interviewed a handful of team members so you could hopefully get to know the people working at Healthy Roster with a little better!
And then we put ourselves in the shoes of the healthcare professionals we work with every day.
Niki Budd is a senior member of our Customer Success team—and an Athletic Trainer!
With help from fellow Athletic Trainers who brought CPR and AED training equipment, Niki led our team through a certified CPR course. Everyone had the opportunity to earn their certification while getting a small firsthand look at one of the many skills Athletic Trainers bring to their schools, organizations and communities.
For a company that spends every day working alongside ATs, that made the experience especially meaningful.
Touring The Ohio State University Buckeyes football stadium is one of them...
We learned some of the history behind the Horseshoe, visited the locker room and walked onto the field for a Healthy Roster team photo right on the O.
"O-H!"
For the Ohioans in the group, getting onto the field at the 'Shoe was pretty special. For everyone visiting from out of town, we may have given them a small idea of just how seriously Ohians take Buckeye football.
FYI: Back in October 2025, Healthy Roster acquired Sway Medical, bringing together two of the best tools for Athletic Trainers (the Healthy Roster EMR and Sway Concussion) and the amazing teams behind them.
Perhaps our CEO Nathan summed up the two days best:
“I hope everyone had a good time and came away with optimism and excitement about what lies ahead in Q4 and into 2027. If you couldn't tell, I'm really excited and confident that we have the right product and the right people behind us to accomplish all our goals.”
That's ultimately what these couple of days were about.
Getting everyone in the same room. Learning from each other. Having some fun together. And getting ready for what's next.
We're excited about where Healthy Roster is headed and even more excited about the people we're heading there with.
