Healthy Roster President Dan Fronczak Honored with OATA Honorary Membership Award!

Healthy Roster Co-Founder and President Dan Fronczak has been recognized with one of the Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association’s highest honors—Honorary Membership—for his continued support of the athletic training profession.
The award is given to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to advancing Athletic Trainers and the care they provide.
In announcing the recognition, the OATA highlighted Dan's commitment through his work with Healthy Roster.
“Dan… has shown continued dedication to supporting athletic trainers through the development of tools that enhance patient care and documentation,” the organization shared.
Fronczak has long focused on building solutions designed specifically for Athletic Trainers, helping streamline documentation, improve communication, and ultimately allow ATs to spend more time with the athletes they serve.
The recognition also sparked appreciation from members of the athletic training community.
“Welcome Dan! Thanks for your commitment to our profession and for a superior product!” wrote Richard Fail in response to the announcement.
Athletic Trainer Kyle Rutledge echoed that sentiment, added:
“Your support of the Athletic Trainer is always appreciated. Thank you for all you do to highlight the profession.”
The award reflects not only Fronczak’s impact as a leader in sports medicine technology, but also Healthy Roster’s broader mission—supporting Athletic Trainers in delivering the highest level of care.
It’s a reminder that behind every innovation in athlete health, there are people committed to making the profession stronger.
