Brewton-Parker College, in Mount Vernon, Georgia, is celebrating a well-deserved honor as Head Athletic Trainer Jack “Reynolds” Hall has been named the 2024-25 Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Athletic Trainer of the Year.
The award, voted on by Athletic Trainers across the conference, recognizes Reynolds’ passion, tireless work ethic, and outstanding support for both Brewton-Parker athletes and visiting teams.
After finishing as runner-up last year, the Brewton-Parker community is thrilled to see Reynolds’ commitment recognized.
“It’s a pleasure to work alongside Reynolds,” said Head Women’s Basketball Coach Steve Edwards. “Our athletes view him as an extension of each program. He goes above and beyond.”
Known for his unmatched enthusiasm on the sidelines and deep care for student-athletes, Reynolds has become a defining presence at Brewton-Parker over the past five years.
“Reynolds is the definition of a true servant leader,” said Head Baseball Coach Aaron Larsen. “He’s our number-one supporter and the heartbeat of our athletic department. I’m lucky to call him a friend.”
Reynolds’ passion doesn’t go unnoticed by his peers, either. Fellow Athletic Trainer Paige Dill from Optim Health shared:
“I am truly blessed to have Reynolds as not only my coworker but also my friend. He wants to help people become the best versions of themselves.”
From early mornings to late nights, Reynolds’ dedication has made him a trusted mentor, a safe space for student-athletes, and a vital part of Brewton-Parker’s athletic success. As the Barons celebrate this incredible honor, one thing is clear—there’s no one more deserving.
