Fully Customizable Background Questions (Admin Only Feature)

Video Chat Screen Share

• When conducting a telehealth video chat, you can now share your desktop with the other participants.

• We've added a left-hand navigation tab specifically for seeing a calendar view or your upcoming schedule and for scheduling treatments and telehealth visits.

Updated Ways to Customize Follow Up Services (Admin Only Feature)

• Admin provider users can now lockdown the list of healthcare providers available when creating a follow up service. For non-admin provider users, this will mean they'll see a drop-down list of options, rather than a text field. This will help show a more consistent list of healthcare provider referrals when generating reports.

Document Notifications

• We’ve seen an increase in requests from users on turning off document notifications, so we wanted to share an updated guide on how to clear those alerts:
