It’s the time of year again where we’re all talking about goals, intentions, and resolutions - in the workplace and in our personal lives. In a recent study by [Finder](https://infogram.com/usfin-pr-new-years-resolution-statistics-update-2021-1hxj48p5y1q3q2v), almost 75 percent of the US adult population has set resolutions for the new calendar year, mainly focused around six categories: money, health, career, self-improvement, family, and love.
